Nail It: Polka Dots & Flower

I haven't posted any photos of nails in a long time! Lately I've just been obsessed with my crackle polish, but I wanted to try a different look.

I used a matte white nail polish, then using Sally Hanson Nail Art Pens in black and pink, I drew the flower and polka dots. Doing it on the right hand was quite the challenge (had to redo my thumb twice!) but practice always makes perfect.

When doing polka dots, a random pattern is fine and all, but I feel that doing it in organized rows (going in between each other, if that makes sense?) looks more polished and chic. 

What are you guys doing with your nails these days? I would love some more ideas!

OOTD: Friday Flower

If you guys haven't seen Rebecca Black's "Friday" yet, please watch it! I respect all musical artists, but this song is absolutely atrocious. It's like a train wreck: It's horrible to watch, but you want to watch it anyways.

Anyway, in the song she has a zipper mini-skirt. I liked it, so I found this adorable skirt from Wet Seal and rolled with it. I actually like the WS one better because I usually like tighter skirts for when I'm having fun, fun, fun, fun on FRIDAY! Enjoy!

What do you guys think of today's look? I absolutely love the skirt, and the nude heels will complement your legs and add incredible length! Also, that top can be worn in 2 ways - with or without straps! Love it!
